Tasting Notes

Nose

Warm, inviting nose of caramelized corn, vanilla bean, and toasted oak. Subtle brown sugar and a whisper of spice drift with citrus zest, while a gentle graininess hints at bourbon richness.

Palate

Silky on entry, toffee and vanilla cream give way to warm caramel. Mid-palate reveals gentle oak and baking spice with a hint of orchard fruit. Balanced and approachable, it finishes with peppery warmth and a lingering caramel sweetness.
