Tasting Notes

Colour

Sherry-kissed deep amber with coppery hues and a mahogany glow.

Nose

Opulent sherry-forward aroma with prunes and dried fig, lifted by orange zest and candied peel. Vanilla-cream sweetness, toasted oak, and hints of cocoa mingle with almond notes. A touch of cinnamon and clove adds warmth, leaving a refined, inviting fragrance.

Palate

Velvety and fruit-forward, this carries sherry-kissed sweetness with dried fig, raisin and toffee; dates linger with caramel and a hint of almond. A warming 43% backbone brings gentle spice, cocoa and oak, unfolding to a long, balanced finish with leather and subtle nuttiness.

Finish

Long, warm finish dominated by gentle sherry sweetness, with dark fruit, fig and raisin, wrapped in cocoa and toasted almond. Subtle spice and oak linger, leaving a refined, silky warmth.
