Tasting Notes

Nose

Sherry-driven nose of dried fruits—figs, raisins and prunes—lifted by orange zest and treacle. Cocoa, toffee and a whisper of almond mingle with toasted oak, spice, and a hint of leather.

Palate

Silky and substantial on the palate, this 12-year-old is drenched in sherry-led sweetness—fig, raisin, burnt sugar—coating dark chocolate and espresso. Subtle clove and nutmeg braid with toasted oak, while a ribbon of orange zest lightens the mid-palate. Long, warm finish with ripe fruit, cocoa, and spice lingering.

Finish

Long, velvety finish enriched by sherry influence: dried fig and orange zest mingle with cocoa, toasted almond, and gentle spice. Oak tannins linger with a warm, honeyed sweetness, leaving a refined, softly drying afterglow.
