The Doba-Yej, which means Espadín in the ancient Zapotec language, is a well-balanced Mezcal perfect for enjoying neat or in cocktails. It is our first copper-still distillate made outside of Sola de Vega.

Flavour Profile

Gentle, well-balanced espadín with subtle smoke and a silky, approachable texture. Roasted agave blends with soft herbal notes and a touch of citrus zest, all wrapped in refined minerality. A light peppery finish lingers, clean and smooth enough to enjoy neat or to lift a cocktail.
