La Fée Parisienne is a classic Absinthe Supérieure, distilled using 100% natural ingredients, in collaboration with Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder and curator of the French Absinthe Museum.
La Fée is one of the best-known names in modern absinthe, created by George Rowley with the aim of returning traditionally distilled absinthe to legal production after nearly a century of prohibition. The brand is closely associated with the revival of “the Green Fairy”, working with Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder and curator of the French Absinthe Museum, to help authenticate its classic French style.
