Khoosh, established in 1881, was a prized cocktail bitter beloved by early 20th-century aficionados. Now rediscovered and reimagined, it remains true to its heritage with Quassia Amara at its core. This exotic orange bitter liqueur offers a refined balance of complex citrus, rich marmalade, subtle herbaceous notes, and a smooth, sweet viscosity, finishing with a lingering bitterness.
