Johnnie Walker Blenders' Batch is a series of limited edition experimental whiskies developed by the world renowned Johnnie Walker blending team who are inspired by the expertise of other cultural pioneers who unlock flavour in the most surprising ways.
Eleven years ago Johnnie Walker began experimenting with heavily roasted barley to make small batches of Scotch Whisky with unusually intense flavours. These experiments have allowed us to craft Johnnie Walker Blenders’ Batch Espresso Roast, a rich Scotch blend, with a deep warmth and confidently punchy notes.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with mahogany undertones and a glossy espresso-brown glow.
Nose
Intense espresso aroma with roasted barley at the fore, mingling dark chocolate and burnt sugar with velvety toffee. Vanilla and spice rise over toasted oak, while a subtle sherry sweetness reveals dried fruit—raisin, fig and orange zest—finishing in a warm, coffee-kissed bouquet.
Palate
Velvety, full-bodied and warm, with a sultry espresso roast at the core. Dark coffee, cocoa and burnt sugar meld with dried-fruit sherry sweetness, while toasted oak and spice frame the palate. Rich, silky texture coats the mouth, delivering a long finish of coffee-kissed warmth, cocoa, and a final hint of spice.
Finish
Long, warming finish dominated by espresso roast, spilling cocoa, burnt sugar and dark chocolate into toasted oak. A touch of spice lingers, echoing the blend’s bold, dessert-inspired depth.
