This collaboration echoes the story of our Jim Beam's founder, who every evening, would safeguard a mason jar of his proprietary yeast by placing it in the front seat of his Cadillac, preserving the unique strain that defines our world-renowned bourbon.

Today, Fred Noe, our seventh generation Master Distiller, continues this tradition by driving a Cadillac, honoring the vehicle that protected his family legacy and uniting the worlds of bourbon and motorsport in a celebration of heritage and craftsmanship.
