Colour
Radiant golden-amber with warm copper hues and a honeyed glow.
Nose
A delicate flower-petal perfume unfolds into ripe, lush fruit, with hints of charred oak and cedar adding balance and depth—an elegant fusion of American bourbon and Spanish oak character.
Palate
Sweet vanilla from American ex-bourbon barrels opens the palate, deepening the rich fruit character from ex-oloroso sherry butts. A hazelnut gloss and toasted wood weave with subtle pot-still spice, delivering a warm, balanced finish.
Finish
Pleasantly long, with vanilla sweetness slowly fading to barley grains with a touch of oak char.
