James Cree's Cattle Ranch is distilled from a mash bill comprising of 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% barley.
Lincoln County process filtered - new make whiskey is filtered through sugar maple charcoal prior to entering barrels for aging. This helps mellow and smooth the whiskey resulting in a rich, creamy smooth taste.
Aged for 4 years in 53 US Gallon charred American new oak barrels. Very Few Whiskies in the price segment carry an age statement.
