Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Opulent vanilla and dark caramel rise against toasted oak with a light char. Hints of maple syrup and almond weave through citrus zest, while gentle spices—cinnamon and black pepper—linger on the nose. A whisper of tobacco and leather adds depth, and the 50% ABV keeps the aromas vivid and slightly resinous, inviting a slow, contemplative inhale.
Palate
Full-bodied and creamy, the palate layers toasted oak with rich vanilla and caramel, punctuated by brown sugar and a subtle char. Spices—cinnamon and clove—emerge with dark cocoa and espresso hints, while hints of leather and ripe fruit add depth. At 50% ABV, a warm, lingering finish unfolds with a silky texture and enduring oak spice.
Finish
Long, warming finish with toasted oak and vanilla, followed by caramel sweetness. Cinnamon and clove spice emerge, lightly dusted by charcoal richness, then taper to a smooth, velvety warmth that lingers with a delicate dryness.
