Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with sunlit golden highlights and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Rich, caramelized sweetness lifts from butterscotch and toffee, wrapped in vanilla and toasted oak. Hints of citrus zest and warm spice—cinnamon and clove—emerge, while a trace of charcoal mellow adds depth. At 50% ABV the nose is vibrant, inviting, and elegantly balanced between candy-sweet richness and oak-kissed warmth.
Palate
Silky toffee and butterscotch lead the way, richly layered with vanilla and caramel, unfurling into warm oak and spice. At 50% strength the mouthfeel is plush and balanced, delivering a creamy, full-bodied sweetness with a toasted-nut finish and a subtle peppery kick.
Finish
Long, caramel-soaked finish with lingering butterscotch and vanilla. Oak spice builds, a whisper of rye and a trace of smoke weave through the warm sweetness. The 50% ABV delivers velvety persistence, tapering to charred oak and creamy, honeyed undertones.
