Tasting Notes

Nose

Soft, inviting nose of creamy vanilla and honeyed barley, mingled with toasted oak and orchard fruit. Subtle dried fruit and fig unite with a gentle sherry sweetness, a faint almond note, and a wisp of spice, all wrapped in a warm, silky profile.

Palate

Silky sherried sweetness unfolds on the palate as toffee, raisin, fig and date mingle with cocoa and a wispy spice. Oak and leather lend elegance, while a nutty malt backbone keeps it grounded. The finish is warm and long, with citrus zest and vanilla lingering softly.

Finish

Long, elegant finish with velvety sherry sweetness that lingers with toasted nuts, dried cherry and cocoa. Spices—cinnamon and clove—linger as espresso and oak weave a subtle, warming fade. A refined, persistent warmth invites another sip.
