Tasting Notes

Nose

Sun-warmed orchard fruits mingle with rich sherry notes of raisin and fig, woven with toffee and vanilla. A delicate almond and cocoa nuance threads through, brightened by citrus zest and a kiss of spice. The Highlands' oak whispers softly, inviting a lingering, refined aroma.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied, with honeyed apples and toffee, layered with dried fruit and a hint of orange zest. Sherried sweetness grows into velvety oak, lightly spiced with nutmeg and cinnamon, finishing warm and softly berry-tinged.

Finish

Medium-long finish with warm sherry influence: dried fruit, raisin and fig unfold into toasted almond, dark chocolate and caramel. Subtle oak and spice linger, leaving a silky, velvet warmth that slowly fades.
