Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a warm, caramel-bronze glow.

Nose

Delicate, honeyed malt with creamy vanilla and a soft sherry lift. Dried apricot, raisin and almond mingle with toffee, orange zest and a gentle oak backdrop. A light spice shows through, while faint coastal smoke adds refinement, yielding a bright, approachable aroma at this lower ABV.

Palate

Soft and silky on the palate, with sherry-tinged sweetness. Dried fruits, raisin and orange zest unfold against polished oak, vanilla and a whisper of spice. Light and approachable, the finish is long and refined, leaving a gentle, warming echo.

Finish

Elegant and lightly persistent, the finish carries sherry-tinged sweetness with dried fruit, orange zest, and vanilla-coated oak. A gentle spice settles on the palate, leaving a creamy, toffee-dusted warmth that fades to a clean malt and almond finish.
