Tasting Notes

Nose

Sweet vanilla and honeyed toffee rise with toasted oak, a touch of sherry warmth and dried fruit. Subtle spice lingers, yielding a warm, creamy, inviting bouquet that hints at elegance and balance.

Palate

Silky sweetness unfolds with honeyed vanilla and caramel, balanced by soft fruit and an elegant oak backbone. Toasted notes and a hint of spice reveal themselves mid-palate, finishing warm and smooth with a lingering, refined sweetness and subtle oak.

Finish

Long, mellow finish of sweet vanilla and caramel wrapped in toasted oak. A gentle spice threads through as the sweetness ebbs, leaving a warm, polished oak echo with a subtle orchard-fruit lift.
