Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery glints and a honey-gold glow.

Nose

Opulent, inviting nose of dark orchard fruits, dried fig and raisin, a touch of orange peel, vanilla and toffee, with a gentle thread of sherry and oak spice.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, with sherry-tinged sweetness winding through soft malt. Dried fruit, vanilla and honey weave with gentle oak, a hint of almond and cocoa, and a warm, spicy finish that lingers with refined sweetness.

Finish

Long, elegant finish with sherry-cask warmth. Dried fruit notes—raisin and fig—layer with toasted oak and a whisper of spice, fading into a silky, cocoa-tinted linger.
