Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich, honeyed aroma of dried fruit and fig, layered with toffee, vanilla and almond. A subtle sherry warmth adds depth, while oak and a whisper of citrus lend refined sweetness and a glossy finish.

Palate

Elegant, medium-bodied palate with toffee and ripe orchard fruit carried by sherry warmth. Vanilla and almond sweetness glides into subtle spice and oak, finishing long and smooth with dried fruit and a gentle, nutty warmth.

Finish

Silky, long finish with sherry-kissed fruit, fig and raisin, backed by toasted oak. Spice notes—cinnamon, clove—linger, fading to cocoa and a warm, refined glow.
