Tasting Notes

Colour

Sunlit amber with coppery glints and honey-gold depths.

Nose

Aromas of ripe orchard fruit—apple, pear—layer with dried fig and raisin, buoyed by rich sherry. Hints of orange zest, toffee, almond, and vanilla mingle with oak and cinnamon, inviting a warm, festive sweetness.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, the palate unfolds with sherried richness: dried figs and raisins, orange zest, and ripe apple and pear, plus almond and caramel. Warm spice—cinnamon and clove—facets the finish, which lingers with honeyed sweetness, cocoa, and a refined kiss of oak.

Finish

Long, warm finish with sherry-cask richness: dried fruit and raisin unfurl into toffee and almond, crowned by gentle spice and oak. The velvet fade lingers with warming sweetness and subtle nuttiness.
