Tasting Notes

Nose

A dense sherry-led aroma of dark plum, fig and raisin, velvety with toffee and cocoa. Vanilla and toasted oak weave through spice—cinnamon and clove—while a hint of orange zest adds lift, finishing with warm, elegant sweetness.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, the palate unfolds with dried fig, raisin and roasted almond, carried by a mellow sherry sweetness. Rich toffee and cocoa mingle with cinnamon and clove, framed by gentle oak and vanilla. A lingering, dessert-like finish with coffee kiss.

Finish

Silky, lingering finish of warm spices and dried fruits, with a gentle sherry sweetness that coats the palate. Cocoa and toasted nut notes drift in as the warmth fades, leaving a refined velvet-dry finish and a lasting, tasteful glow.
