Vanilla and caramel rise with toasted oak, framed by gentle baking spices. Sweet corn sweetness blends with citrus zest and a faint honeyed fruit, delivering an inviting, balanced bourbon aroma that speaks to both richness and approachability.
Palate
Silky, caramel-forward beginning with vanilla cream and toffee; mid-palate widens into warm spice—cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg—balanced by toasty oak. Subtle fruit hints of baked apple and pear drift through the sweetness, while a soft rye bite keeps it lively. The finish is long and honeyed, with lingering vanilla, spice, and a touch of caramel-coated oak.
