Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with copper-bronze depth and a sunlit honey glow.
Nose
Orange fondant with ripe mango and peach, backed by rich cereal notes and corn pancakes drenched in breakfast syrup. Floral honey glows softly, finished with a delicate vanilla–clove spice.
Palate
Buttery corn enters first, backed by spicy cereal and aromatic orange. Toffee and honeycomb sweeten the midpalate, while clove honey and charred vanillin oak weave through, finishing with a hint of mint chocolate.
Finish
Long, warming finish of clove spice, orange curd on French toast, a dusting of cinnamon, and lingering charred oak.
