Colour

Golden amber with coppery highlights, a warm, honeyed glow.

Nose

Bright barley sweetness leads the nose, with creamy vanilla, toffee and gentle biscuit aromas. Layered beneath are orchard fruits—peach and pear—lifted by citrus zest and a touch of spice. Faint oak and a whisper of maritime brine add polish, finishing in a clean, refined maturity.

Palate

Silky, malt-forward on the palate with creamy vanilla and toffee, a biscuit-rich base. Subtle honeyed sweetness folds into dried fruit and orange zest, while oak and gentle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—lend warmth. Smooth body, refined texture, and a lingering caramel finish.

Finish

Long, refined finish with creamy vanilla and toffee giving way to toasted oak and malt, a gentle spice rising softly. A cool mineral note lingers, echoing Tasmanian air, leaving a warm, cashmere-soft afterglow that invites another sip.
