Made from 100% Cork grown barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills at Clonakilty Distillery, and matured in their Atlantic Ocean Warehouse.

This special whiskey was matured in ex-Bourbon and Amontillado casks, the whiskey presents flavours of sweet vanilla and kiwi, complemented by notes of caramelised pear and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with warm copper undertones, a sunlit honey glow.

Nose

Vanilla sweetness leads to hints of demerara sugar, citrus peel and kiwi.

Vanilla, caramelised pear and apple, gives way to a gentle wood spice, dark chocolate and orange.
