Warm saffron dominates the bouquet, casting a golden glow over bold gin botanicals. Juniper provides peppery, spicy lift, while citrus zest and subtle floral notes add brightness, creating a luxurious, aromatic core that heralds the saffron-infused richness to come.

Palate

On the palate, saffron-tinged warmth coats a bold juniper core, with peppery spice and bright citrus notes weaving through. Cardamom and other botanicals emerge, then a dry, long finish lingers with peppery grip and a resinous warmth.

Finish

Long, saffron-kissed finish with peppery warmth and a citrus-peel lift. The saffron notes echo through the late palate, while juniper and botanical spice settle into a dry, rounded conclusion that lingers elegantly and invites another pour.
