Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber-gold with copper-bronze highlights, a warm, gleaming liquid that hints at sherry-soaked richness.

Nose

Opulent on the nose, sherry-soaked fruit leads with dried cherry and fig, toasted almond and molasses. Vanilla cream, subtle cocoa and malt mingle with warm oak and spice, delivering a refined, polished aroma.

Palate

Silky and richly sweet on the palate, with dried fruit, orange zest and toffee, touched by almond and dark chocolate. Subtle spice—cinnamon and ginger—lifts a warm sherry glow, carried by refined oak. A smooth, lingering finish of caramel, coffee and cocoa nibs.

Finish

Long, refined finish of dried fig and raisin, unfolding into cocoa and soft spice. Sherry-cask sweetness ebbs gracefully, while warm oak and gentle tannins leave a velvety, lingering warmth.
