Storywood is a premium tequila brand built around the influence of carefully selected oak casks. Founded by Scottish whisky enthusiast Michael Ballantyne following time spent in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, the brand brings together Mexican tequila-making tradition and Scotland’s long-established knowledge of cask maturation. Its tequilas are produced from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the lowlands of Jalisco and crafted at La Cofradía Distillery with Master Distiller Luis Trejo.
