Hampden Estate

Hampden Estate is one of the oldest names in Jamaican rum, with the estate formalised in 1743 and operating as a major sugar plantation by around 1753 under Archibald Stirling. The Great House followed in 1779, and the wider estate remained in rum and sugar production through changing ownership before passing to the Hussey family in 2009.
