Production is now centred at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, a restored former paper mill that opened as the Bombay Sapphire Distillery in 2014. The gin is made using ten sustainably sourced botanicals, including juniper, lemon peel, coriander, angelica, orris, liquorice, almond, cassia, cubeb and grains of paradise, suspended in perforated copper baskets so the rising spirit vapours gently extract their flavour. The range includes Bombay Sapphire, Bombay Original Dry, Premier Cru Murcian Lemon, Star of Bombay and flavoured expressions such as Bombay Bramble.
