Infused with warming spices and bittersweet Spanish mandarin, this Bombay gin has a refreshing taste with lingering warmth and fragrant citrus freshness. This sunset-inspired gin is a unique aromatic flavour expression of the Bombay Sapphire Gin, combining the ten signature exotic botanicals with an additional three – golden turmeric, Indian white cardamom and bittersweet Murcian sun-dried mandarin – to create a complex but beautifully balanced spirit that provides lingering warmth and a fragrant citrus freshness. Bombay Sapphire Sunset gin is crafted by our Master of Botanicals and Master Distiller and is vapour infused and distilled using hand-selected sustainably sourced botanicals from around the world.
