“High Tea”, indeed. Rarely has tea been elevated to such heights. rich in bergamot oil, Earl Grey tea is introduced into the juniper-rich distillation process – along with rose petals – to create a gin as British as it is possible to be. The bergamot oil adds a velvety mouth-feel. Coriander and angelica bring, respectively, citrus and liquorice, and white tea leaves contribute texture. With the whole ensemble bound together by the rose.
