Angel’s Envy was founded in Louisville, Kentucky, by Bourbon Hall of Fame master distiller Lincoln Henderson and his son Wes Henderson. Lincoln had previously spent decades at Brown-Forman, and Angel’s Envy was built around a then-unusual focus on finished American whiskey, with its flagship Kentucky straight bourbon rested in port wine barrels after initial maturation.
