Bayou White Rum

Bayou White Rum is a Louisiana white rum distilled from locally sourced sugarcane and bottled at 40% ABV. Unaged in the traditional sense but rested before bottling, it keeps a bright, clean profile while still offering a little more softness and character than a sharper, more neutral white rum.

There is a gently fruity, slightly creamy side to it, with vanilla, banana and floral sweetness sitting alongside the fresh sugarcane character. That makes it an easy choice for classic serves like a Daiquiri or Mojito, though it has enough flavour to hold its own in simple mixed drinks too.
