Bayou Spiced Rum is inspired by the baking spice traditions of Louisiana, using a blend of Creole spices to give the spirit a warmer, sweeter and more characterful style. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers a richer take on spiced rum, with the spice working alongside the rum rather than overpowering it.

Notes of vanilla, cinnamon, banana and maple give it a rounded, easy-drinking profile, while touches of clove, allspice and pepper add a little extra depth. It works well served neat, over ice, or mixed, but there is enough flavour here for it to stand on its own.
