Averna is an authentic Sicilian amaro with more than 150 years of Sicilian heritage. Its captivating herbal flavour makes it one of the most approachable high-quality amaro made in Sicily, with a full body and smooth extremely pleasant taste for every moment of the day.

The Averna recipe, a secret blend made from the ancient recipe characterized by Sicilian and Mediterranean natural ingredients, was gifted in Caltanissetta to Don Salvatore Averna by a monk called Fra Girolamo in 1868.
