Inspired by the original 1872 recipe, the Martini Riserva Speciale Bitter is characterised by three rare botanicals, saffron, angostura and calumba. Together, they deliver a unique complexity that perfectly complements the rich botanicals of our Vermouth di Torino.

Salt and fatty dishes will soften the intense aromatic bitterness as one slowly sips a Martini Negroni cocktail, so the complex flavours of cured meat or the clean, cool simplicity of beef tartare or Burrata make a fabulous food pairing.
