Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden-amber with coppery highlights, a warm, sun-kissed hue that glows with rich caramel undertones.

Nose

Rich, malt-forward aroma with warm toffee and biscuit notes, as if ale sweetness lingers in the glass. Subtle vanilla and caramel unfold over creamy oak, while orchard fruit and citrus zest lift the nose. A touch of dried fruit and almond sweetness adds depth, with faint hop-spice lending crisp, refreshing brightness. Elegant, inviting, and distinctly ale-kissed.

Palate

Silky and malty on the palate, with biscuit, toffee and honeyed grain front and center. Subtle vanilla and light oak add dimension as ale-cask influence lends a soft breadiness and gentle malt sweetness. The finish is warm and balanced, with lingering caramel and a kiss of spice.

Finish

Silky, malt-forward finish with caramel and biscuit sweetness, underscored by vanilla-touched oak. Ale-cask imparted maltiness lingers softly, leaving a warm, gently spicy fade.
