From historic producer Valdespino, whose roots in Jerez date back to 1264, Vermouth Origen is created from early-20th-century recipes using Very Old Oloroso and Moscatel wines. Aromatised with dried fruits, cinchona bark, gentian, nutmeg and Seville orange, then matured in The Macallan virgin oak casks, it offers a layered flavour profile of rich dried fruit, gentle spice, citrus brightness and refined herbal bitterness. A characterful vermouth suited to sipping, spritzing or elevating classic cocktails.
