A very old Calvados from the house of Toutain, this 45 year old was bottled at 40% ABV.
Extended maturation in oak has allowed the apple spirit to develop deep, mature character, with rich apple and orchard fruit notes underpinned by mellow oak, baking spice and a smooth, refined texture.
