Tasting Notes

Nose

Warm honeyed apples and ripe pear rise from the glass, mingling with soft malt, vanilla and caramel. Subtle oak and spice weave through, while a touch of dried fruit—raisin and fig—adds a gentle, sherry-kissed lift that lingers with quiet elegance.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied with a soft, sherried sweetness. Dark fruit notes of raisin and fig mingle with toffee, cocoa and almond, lifted by warm spice. Elegant oak and vanilla weave through, a gentle, persistent finish that stays balanced and refined at 40%.

Finish

Long, elegant finish of warm spice and dried fruit, with a subtle sherried sweetness that lingers on the palate. Cocoa and oak echo, while almond and fig drift away into a velvety, lasting fade.
