Tasting Notes

Colour

Dark amber with coppery highlights and a subtle mahogany edge.

Nose

Opulent sherry-soaked aroma with ripe fig and raisin, dark cherry and plum, and toasted almond. Rich vanilla and toffee mingle with cocoa and spice, drifting over polished oak. A touch of citrus zest and a hint of maritime breeze complete the inviting, coastal bouquet.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, with warm sherried sweetness. Notes of toffee, fig and plum mingle with hazelnut, cocoa and vanilla. Subtle spice, orange zest, and gentle oak frame the fruit, delivering a balanced, lingering finish.

Finish

Sherry-kissed finish, long and refined. Dried fruits and fig linger, with bright orange zest and vanilla weaving through the sweetness. Toasted oak and cocoa softly emerge as the warmth persists, leaving a velvety, enduring tail.
