Tasting Notes

Colour

Radiant amber-gold with coppery highlights, a sunlit honey glow that shifts from pale straw to deep bronze across the collection.

Nose

Inviting, multi-layered nose with creamy vanilla and toasted oak, honeyed fruit and orange zest. Subtle sherry warmth blends with gentle peat and coastal notes, hinting at Islay depths. A refined tapestry of aroma—rich, polished, distinctly Scotch—promising a journey through fifteen drams.

Palate

A luxury of contrasts on the palate: velvet vanilla and nutty toffee from the aged grain, lifted by maritime smoke and iodine from Islay, then sun-kissed orchard fruit, honey, and subtle spice from the Speyside icon. The two 18-year malts weave in dark chocolate, dried fruit, and oak, delivering a balanced, long finish that echoes a refined whisky tour of Scotland.

Finish

Long, evolving and refined: honeyed oak and vanilla lay the foundation, then coastal peat, dried fruit and spice emerge, with a gentle sherry warmth lingering. The finale glides into citrus brightness and a silky, persistent dryness, leaving an impression of luxury and quiet complexity.
