Created with a nod to the Irish neighbourhood communities from the 1950’s which established across Boston and East Coast America.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm honey-bronze glow.
Nose
Toasted barley and creamy vanilla form a rich base, elevated by subtle peat smoke and the glow of triple-barrel oak. Notes of toffee and dried fruit waft in, with citrus zest and spice lending brightness. Non chill-filtered oils carry a glossy, resinous sweetness, hinting at the whiskey’s depth and warmth from three cask finishes.
Palate
Silky, creamy palate with honeyed vanilla and toffee from the triple barrel oaks. Subtle peat adds a light medicinal smoke and warm toast. Apple and dried fruit mingle with caramel and spice. The finish lingers with dark chocolate, cocoa nib, and soft oak, balanced by a refined dryness.
Finish
Layered, long finish of toasted oak, vanilla and caramel, with a delicate thread of peat that threads through warm spice. The triple-barrel maturation leaves a creamy, resinous echo, fading to peppery warmth and a final kiss of soft smoke.
