elit's unique -18C degrees freeze filtration technique is truly speical - it creates vodka like no other. This particular refinement step is the secret behind our smooth and mellow, while rich taste that can be enjoyed neat or in a martini. Only the purest artesian water, sourced directly from the well found deep below the earth at our Latvijas Balsams (Riga, Latvia) facility, is used in the final stage of the creation of elit Vodka.

elit has always been crafted, and the brand led, by women. From the original creation in 2003 by Tamara Ponomarjova and Aija Zablocka - to today’s Master Blender, Ginta Muizniece, elit has always been handled by masterful female hands.

elit has been awarded Vodka of the Year by the Beverage Testing Institute (Chicago, USA) 10 times over.
