Tasting Notes

Nose

Inviting vanilla and honeyed sweetness, supported by ripe orchard fruit and a whisper of dried raisin. Light cocoa and toasted oak mingle with a delicate spice, all carried on a smooth, velvety aroma that finishes with a gentle nuttiness and caramel warmth.

Palate

Silky, sherried palate with depth and refinement. Dried fig and raisin mingle with toasted oak, caramelized malt, and a subtle walnut note. A gentle spice carries the sweetness, leading to a warm, lingering finish with hints of orange zest and cacao.

Finish

A long, elegant finish of dried fruit and raisin, threaded with almond and cocoa. Subtle sherry sweetness lingers, unveiling a warm, leathery spine and gentle spice that softens into a velvety, lingering glow.
