Tasting Notes

Nose

Caramel, honeyed vanilla and toasted oak form a warm, inviting core. Beneath, rich dried fruits—raisin, fig and a touch of plum— mingle with subtle sherry notes. Spices and cocoa nibs drift in, complemented by a bright hint of citrus zest and green apple, finishing with a refined, elegant sweetness.

Palate

Silky, approachable palate with mellow sherry sweetness, ripe orchard fruit and gentle spice. Raisin and fig soften into vanilla, burnt caramel and toasted oak, then drift into cocoa and almond with a warm, lingering spice finish.

Finish

A long, refined finish of gentle spice and toasted oak, with sherried raisin, fig and almond sweetness lingering; hints of cocoa and vanilla drift into a warm, creamy fade.
