Minmore IPA started life out as a session ale (Sunshine on Keith) before being aged in a 1st fill ex-bourbon American oak barrel, disgorged for a 12yr old Glenlivet.

Minmore is the name of the farm that George Smith started The Glenlivet Distillery on. Spey Valley have had permission to use that name for their Ale.

Subtle hoppiness still definitely present but balances nicely with the dominant oak character. Bottle conditioned and bottled at 7.1% ABV.
