Tasting Notes

Nose

Sherry-influenced nose, with dried fruits, fig and raisin, and a lift of orange zest and vanilla. Honeyed toffee, roasted almond, and polished oak add warmth, while a subtle spice completes the aroma.

Palate

Silky and inviting, this Highland-style palate layers dried fig and raisin with toffee and dark chocolate. Sherry sweetness coats roasted almond and orange zest, while gentle spice (cinnamon and clove) adds warmth. A soft oak kiss lingers into a long, balanced finish of malt and caramel.

Finish

Long and velvety, the finish carries a lush sherry influence with dark fruit, cocoa and toasted almond lingering on the palate. Dried cherry and orange peel weave through warm oak and gentle spice, gradually fading into honeyed, enduring sweetness.
