Pinot Noir is one of the oldest and most charismatic of all wine grapes and one of three used to make Champagne, either on its own, or as a blending grape with Pinot Meunier and, or, Chardonnay.

This exquisite and truly exceptional gin was lovingly created by hand using Pinot Noir grapes grown in Secret Gardens own glasshouse on the outskirts of Edinburgh, where they also grow juniper and gin botanicals.
