Tasting Notes

Nose

Aromas of rich dried fruits—raisins, fig and apricot—layer with sherry sweetness, vanilla custard and toffee. Hints of almond and hazelnut mingle with orange zest and subtle oak spice, delivering a warm, inviting bouquet that speaks of both sherry influence and classic blended Scotch.

Palate

Silky on the palate, it unfurls honeyed vanilla, toffee and orchard fruit, with a light kiss of ginger and nutmeg. Oak provides structure, carrying subtle sherry notes into a balanced, medium-bodied profile and a long, warming finish.

Finish

Silky and persistent, the finish opens with sherried sweetness—fig, caramel, and toasted almond—then unfurls cocoa and warm spice, with a kiss of orange zest. Gentle oak supports the sweetness as the warmth lingers, leaving a refined, long-evolving finish.
